Andrew Tronick

Prior to starting Tronick Training Solutions, Andrew managed a group of 25 software and techincal trainers at computer training centers in Santa Cruz, Salinas and Monterey, California. Andrew has been teaching for 10 years and has focused for the last 5 years on software training in a corporate environment. He specializes in the Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Crystal Reports.

Beth Mahach

Beth currently teaches in the business and information technology departments at Heald College in Salinas, CA. She is a Microsoft Office Specialst in Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word and is a Microsoft Certified Master Instructor.

David Newfeld

BA Brown
David has over 15 years combined experience as technical instructor, technical project manager, and curriculum developer. He teaches all Microsoft applications, the Adobe Studio and Creative suite, as well as many proprietary software applications. Currently, he specializes in Crystal Reports and multimedia development software. David is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and is also pursuing a master's degree in instructional design with a focus on educational technologies.

James Wilcox

BFA Academy of Art University
James is an artist first, by training and trade, and specializes in grpahic design and animation using Adobe and Macromedia applications. He has been sharing his knowledge as a professional trainer and consultant for the past five years working with up and coming web developers and designers. James currently works as a Web Developer for Wells Fargo in San Francisco. In his spare time he builds high-end networks and machines for serious gamers. He holds both CompTia's industry recognized Network+ and A+ professional certifications.

Michelle Gilkey

BA University of California Santa Cruz
Michelle works as a Network Engineer III for a large biotech company in the Bay Area and maintains over 50 servers on various platforms. Prior to joining her biotech firm she worked in San Francisco as a Senior Technical Consultant designing and maintaining Windows and Mac networks for small to mid sized companies. She has 5 years experience as a full time technical trainer and holds the following industry certifications: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), and Master Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS).
